This page explains what information CINEMORAUK ("we", "us") collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. If anything here is unclear, email hello@cinemora.org.uk.
When you send a brief, we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number and brand or company (if you add them), what you need, your rough budget, your dates and how big the project is, your project description, any links you share, and how you heard about us.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything you wouldn't expect from the above.
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site: Supabase (our database and file storage), Vercel (website hosting) and our email provider. If enabled, Web3Forms sends us a copy of your brief by email. When you visit, your browser also loads fonts from Google Fonts and code from public content networks (cdnjs, jsDelivr and unpkg); like any website request, these receive your IP address. If you play a film hosted on YouTube or Vimeo, their privacy policies apply.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
We don't set cookies. When you send a brief, a copy is saved in your own browser so it isn't lost if your connection drops; you can clear it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@cinemora.org.uk and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
